I am an author and a spiritual poet
I help spiritual empaths overcome what holds them, using the S.O.F.T. System. Weakness becomes strength. The old self becomes a new one, and with it comes freedom, hope, joy, and being loved.
Sensitivity is not something I write about from a distance. The words I use for it are the ones I have needed myself.
Three books have come before this one, and the fourth is being written now. Between them they follow one thread: that what the world calls weakness is not weakness at all, and that the answer to it is spiritual before it is anything else.

Sensitivity is a spiritual condition
Most people writing about sensitivity treat it as temperament, or as a gift to be celebrated and left there. I do not think either goes far enough.
Sensitivity is part of the human spiritual condition, and it began with Adam and Eve. That is where human beings first knew what it was to feel exposed. If that is true, then what you carry is not a defect. It is original to being human, felt more strongly by some than others — and the answer to it is not repair, but transformation.

Everything here is built on faith, because faith pleases God. Words like empath, intuitive and feeler sit alongside that quite happily. There is always more to learn.
